Dit is de 10e dag: Varkensvlees – ingrediënt van wontonvulling – Dag chifa – geen varkensbouillon meer. Medio 2017 besloot ik na wat onderzoek geen varkensvlees meer te eten, maar eergisteren ontdekte ik dat wontonnoedels in chifas bijna altijd varkensvlees bevatten. De laatste keer dat ik wontonsoep at, was op 6 december 2024. Toen begon de telling van mijn zuivering: 10 dagen en het tellen gaat door!

To 10. dzień: Wieprzowina – składnik farszu wonton – Żegnaj chifa – koniec z bulionem wieprzowym. W połowie 2017 roku, po przeprowadzeniu badań, postanowiłem nie jeść już wieprzowiny, ale zaledwie przedwczoraj odkryłem, że makaron wonton w chifas prawie zawsze zawiera wieprzowinę, ostatni raz jadłem zupę wonton 6 grudnia 2024 roku, więc wtedy zaczyna się liczenie mojego oczyszczenia: 10 dni i odliczanie!
