C’est le 10ème jour : Porc – ingrédient de la garniture de wonton – Adieu chifa – plus de bouillon de porc. Mi-2017, après des recherches, j’ai décidé de ne plus manger de porc, mais juste avant-hier j’ai découvert que les nouilles wonton dans les chifas contiennent presque toujours du porc, la dernière fois que j’ai mangé de la soupe wonton, c’était le 6 décembre 2024, c’est donc à ce moment-là que commence le compte de ma purification : 10 jours et ça continue !
